Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese business owner living in Orange County, California. Alongside my amazing partner JP and my jolly father Henry. My followers are mostly on my Instagram account @annephung. Here I tell my story-the highs, the lows and everything in-between. My parents accompanied my family to America in the year 1990, at which point I was only one and a half years old. I would not be able to share my story to you now had my parents not worked to the max and sacrifice. Knowing I had an opportunity at a better future I aimed to be their proudest and had tunnel vision in the direction of the success. There was a specific plan for me in my life that was to go to college graduate land a corporate job, marry, purchase the house, and then have kids. My plan for success was to attend college after graduation, and then find an employment in a corporation. Then I'd get married to buy a home and start a family. However, life was not so sure. The year 2013 was the year I began looking forward to going back to work. job the money and status didn't bring me happinessand I was feeling as if I had wasted my time to earn a living but I knew that I was destined for something more. It was in 2013 that I discovered that my true passion was working out. I also enjoyed socializing and being able to aid other people. In the process of pursuing this new direction in life, I discovered private training. It was in 2014 that I established my company which will mark 7 years since my birthday in 2021. It's not common to see an Asian woman in this business. Within the field of coaching I'm determined to change the world through providing high-quality training that will aid others to become healthier and more content. It is my goal to encourage others to chase their goals and live the lives they have always wished for. When my work began to take off, I experienced the greatest loss of my entire life to datein the death of my mother. In Heaven she rests now in peace after a long battle with Scleroderma. Yet, I keep her with me and think of her every day. Although you may not be able to see it initially, the universe has a funny way of offering us the things we require. My Mom's passing changed me in many ways, and I truly believe that my mom gave me a second chance at life through her death. Her passing on Tet/Lunar New Year Day was the chance to create an entirely new chapter. For me, it was a second chance for me to live a fulfilling life. In my 30's, it is the first time I really feel I am alive. As I tell my story I hope that my words will resonate with yours. I hope to aid you in understanding that you're not alone. You have the ability to achieve anything that your heart desires. There is only one chance to live. I want you to enjoy it to the max.
